4. Orders, Samples, Returns & Refunds
All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our 180-day satisfaction guarantee applies to full product orders. Sample kits and sample bundles are offered for tasting and evaluation and are non-refundable, and are limited to one sample order per customer, business, and shipping address. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse duplicate sample orders. If a sample order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us and we'll make it right.

While we work hard to provide quality products and an accurate website, Dopoco is not liable for damages resulting from the use of our products or any errors on our site. Use all products responsibly.
