Mixing Instructions

  1. Use a clean 1-liter Dopoco bottle—either PET or glass. Both are food-safe and can handle hot tap water.
  2. Using a funnel, add 3 cups (660g) of granulated sugar (measured easily with our specially designed one-scoop).
  3. Add one flavor packet.
  4. Give the dry ingredients a shake to mix them evenly.
  5. Fill the bottle with hot tap water (not boiling). Secure the cap tightly and shake vigorously for about 1 minute to dissolve the sugar and blend the flavor.
  6. Top off the bottle with cold water, then shake gently to finish mixing. The syrup is ready to use immediately.
  7. Store the mixed syrup at room temperature. It will stay fresh for 8–12 weeks and can be poured or pumped directly into drinks without dilution.

Sugar-Free Flavors

  3. Fill the bottle with hot tap water (not boiling). Secure the cap tightly and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. The syrup is ready to use immediately.
  4. Store the mixed syrup at room temperature. It will stay fresh for 12 weeks and can be poured or pumped directly into drinks without dilution.

Tips & Tricks

  • Pour flavor packets directly into the bottle and use a funnel for sugar to minimize cleanup. This way, you don’t need to wash and dry the funnel between different flavors.
  • Prepare syrups ahead of time or during restocking. Having backup bottles on hand helps avoid running out.
  • Scale the recipe by multiplying or dividing sugar and flavor packets for different batch sizes.
  • Always clean and sanitize bottles according to safe food handling practices.
